Counseling

It can be of great relief to share your worries and fears with someone who respects and acknowledges your feelings and is able to help you reach a positive solution.

Counseling aims to help students deal with and overcome issues that are causing emotional pain or making them feel uncomfortable. It can provide a safe and regular space for students to talk about and explore difficult feelings. Discussing their concerns with the counselor can help the counselors gain a better understanding of student feelings and thought processes, by which they can help the students in identifying ways of finding their own solutions to problems. Counseling can take place face-to-face, individually or in a group, over the phone, through email or through a specialized computer program.
