SYNAPSYS PERSONAL CAREER PLAN (SPCP)
The Synapsys Personal Career Plan (SPCP), which is under development, is a product for college students, meant to be developed by themselves, with the active collaboration of parents/guardians, counselors/advisors and mentors (chosen by student). The general goal of the SPCP is to bring greater coherence, focus and purpose to the decisions that students make about their journey during as well as after college - further study plans or getting into jobs, leading to successful careers.
The SPCP would enable students to create a distinctive portfolio for themselves on an on-going basis, which would include tracking their own performance, planning on the basis of their unique aptitude/passion/interest profile (API profile), identifying interventions needed to help in actualising their plan, working towards their goals in a systematic manner and ultimately achieving their short term and long term goals.
